FACTS and MYTHS

Here you can find several curiosities. The common thing of all statements here is a fact that they all are scientifically or medically proven. Have a nice lecture!

FACT!

Aging Male – a concept meaning the aging of a man’s organism and every process that is connected with it. Two different periods can be distinguished:
middle age - between 40 and 65 years of age
seniors age - after age 65!

FACT!
Men (also those who are elderly gentlemen, wealthy and who are perfectionists) suffer from depressions and potency disorders, are 3 times more likely to commit suicide than women.

Testosterone level decreases with age - it decreases by 1,2% each year after age 40.

FACT!
Abdominal circumference bigger than 102 cm in men is a serious risk of cardiovascular diseases (heart attack, stroke), diabetes and decreased testosterone level.

FACT!
The main symptoms of testosterone deficiency, that can occur with age are: decreased libido, erectile dysfunction, decreased strength and muscle mass while increased fat tissue, increased irritability and distraction, greater tendency to depression.

Anabolic steroids (chemicaly modified testosterone molecules) are dangerous and harmful to our health.

Systematical physical exercises ( at least 20-30 minutes of running or 20 minutes of other physical exercises daily) not only improve our condition and health, but also cause the testosterone level to increase and maintain potency

First erectile disorders can be a signal (first and very serious warning) for existing (but still asymptomatic) coronary heart disease and/or other cardiovascular disorders ("penis is the radar of our hearts").

Potency pills, (Viagra, Cialis or Levitra) do not work on up to 40% of men (so called "Non-Responders").

Yohimbin – is a substance isolated from the bark of an African plant (Corynanthe yohimbe) and it has been used to improve potency for ages. Scientific researches found out that it really can be helpful in the slightest forms of erectile dysfunction (particularly, if the disorders are of mental nature as the substance has relaxing effects).

L-Arginine as a diet supplement, , w in the right doses, can have positive effects in the treatment of slight erectile dysfunction.

Men live shorter than women.
For instance, in Western European countries, the difference is estimated at 4-5 years. In Poland, the difference is 8 years (women live 80 years, men up to 72). In Russia the difference in genders’ life span is 12 years! The longest life span of men is in Switzerland and Island (and average of 80 years), whereas in Russia and Ukraine is the shortest ( around 62 years).

MYTH!
Older people after 60 years of age do not have libido – MYTH!
With age, libido decreases slightly. The desire to have sex is NOT the domain of young people!

FACT!
Only 15-22% of men participate in prophylactic examinations – (unfortunately).

FACT!
Balding (AGA – Androgenetic Alopecia, the most common form) – is a genetic process, and its progress depends on the androgens and age of a person; it affects about 65% of 60-70 year olds and almost 50% of 50 year olds .

The one, medically proven medicine that is effective in prevention of bolding process is the therapy of 2-5% Minoxidil (Regaine®) or 1mg Finasterid (Propecia® - Warning – one of the side effects of the therapy is the decrease in libido).

Piriformis muscle (musculus piriformis) and iliococcygeus muscle (masculus illiococcygeus), which take part in a sexual intercourse, are very important in the learning of the world’s most sexy dance – Tango Argentino.

The famous women’s "G" point does NOT exist.
However, we know that 1/3 of vagina’s vestibule is very richly innervated and the same, we are abolishing the MYTH that the length of the penis is crucial to bring a woman to orgasm (the thickness is important)!!!

Some of the scientific studies suggest the important role of the sounds made during the sexual intercourse and their positive influence on erotic sensations. Every teacher of singing knows that psoas muscle (musculus psoas) is important and indispensible in the learning of singing.

MYTH!
And for whom the God was most generously you may find here? "I don’t need erections anymore... I accept my impotency" – MYTH!
Potency is the soul of every men. Impotency has a huge impact on the men’s psyche and it can lead to many different disorders. Even to suicide.

FACT!
The upper hand of women’s orgasm over the men’s orgasm is a FACT. Women practically do not have the refraction phase and can climax several times in a short time. Furthermore, the physiological sensorimotor response of the clitoris does not fade along with the age.

MYTH!
Impotency affects only older people – MYTH!
– even 21% of 20-30 year olds (!) and 27% 30-40 year olds suffer from the erectile dysfunction!!!

MYTH!
80 Millions of Men suffers from impotency – MYTH!
- there is already 150 millions!!!

FACT!
The risk of potency disorders is 40% bigger among smokers than among people who do not use tobacco.

FACT!
Only 15% of men search for medical help in case of impotency because they think it cannot be helped (they just have no idea about the possibilities)... - unfortunately it is a FACT!
