Adjustment of the load in S6-PRIAPOSThe weight rack of S6-PRIAPOS never touches the ground – it is hung up in the air on 2 steel lines.
Thanks to this solution S6-PRIAPOS works in complete silence during exercises.
The amount of friction / load used during your training can be adjusted through the A1 slider located on the weight lever A. The load adjustment is fluent, without any pre-set steps.
By moving the A1 slider closer to the rotation axis of the lever, the additional load becomes decreased. By moving it away from the rotation axis, the friction and weight will increase.
In parallel to the weight lever A, you can find the indicator S which indicates positions of the adjustment slider used for the change of additional weight in the exercise.
The indicator S does not show the amount of weight in any specified unit. It shown only the position of the slider S on the weight lever A.
The placement of the A1 slider located on the lever A, is set through screw A2.
In order to move the A1 slider and adjust the load, you have to unfasten the A2, screw, move the A1 slider to the desired position and fasten/lock the A2 screw to secure it.
WARNING: unsecured A1 slider of the A lever during exercises can cause serious injuries and damage to the machine!
If you want to move the A1 slider on the weight lever A, you should set the A lever in a position parallel to the floor. This will allow for easier adjustment of the A1 slider’s location.
The use of the exercise lever B
One of the most important elements in the S6-PRIAPOS machine is the lever B.
Lever B has several sockets, which are the mounting points of accessories used by different exercises.
The sockets not only give the access to many different exercises but they also allow to adjust the machine for the user’s height.
It is important to remember that the smaller the distance between the element and the rotation axis of the lever B, is set, the bigger friction/load we obtain.
The lever B is attached to the lever A through a clutch .
If the clutch A is disconnected from the levers, the lever B can be rotated around its axis to obtain the desired position, which depends on the performed exercise.
Once the position of the lever B is chosen, connect both levers via the clutch B1 When the A and B levers are connected, the rotation of the lever B causes the rotation of the lever A - the weight travels up and down.
If the B1, clutch does not tighten correctly (does not properly connect the A and B, levers), then it should be calibrated according to the picture and steps explained below:
- First, slightly unfasten both nuts and evenly tighten 2 screws (e.g. ½ turn each).
- Next step is to check whether the clutch connects the A and B levers correctly through the tightened B2 arm.
- If the tension of the clutch is correct after the calibration, the 2 screws have to be secured with the nuts that were unfastened in the beginning.
S6-PRIAPOS - Other terms of the proper use.
The condition of cables and pulley wheels should be monitored. The cables should be replaced once any sign of wear if noticed (torn wires that built the cable line). The durability of cable lines is very high as they are used in the aerospace industry. Both cable lines and pulley wheels do not require lubrication during their operation.
The S6-PRIAPOS is made of the same materials and technology that are used in the production of TITAN machines, which are known and machines are designed for strength training equipment used with extreme.
The experience obtained during the production of our TITAN machines have been completely implemented in the production of S6-PRIAPOS equipment. S6-PRIAPOS machines are produced in the same factory and by the same workers, who produce TITAN equipment.
This is why S6-PRIAPOS is almost indestructible and the only maintenance it requires is to keep it clean. The metal surfaces and upholstery should be wiped with a dumped cloth with a small drop of detergent.
However, if there is any breakdown, the damaged or destroyed components should be immediately replaced. Only original parts and components delivered by our official distributors can guarantee proper and safe work of the machine.
The proper use and maintenance of the machine is a guarantee of trouble-free and safe operation.
