THE EFFECTS OF REGULAR ERECTILE EXERCISES (SEXERCISES)

The erection exercises (sexercises) have to be performed for at least 3-6 months so that a man or woman can actually feel the increase of their sexual potency.

In this period, particularly men should notice: - morning / night erections – their occurrence or their higher intensity than previously,

- increased hardness of their penis during the erection – in case of Ejaculatio praecox – improvement in the situation (prolonging the time to ejaculation),

- longer erections,

- easier to achieve orgasms.

The time when all these benefits will occur (read more in the BENEFITS section) is very individual and depends on many factors such as: the person’s age, general health state, past and existing diseases, BMI factor and, of course, the regularity and quality of performed erection exercises and all-purpose training.

The benefits will be maintained only if a person regularly performs the stabilization cycle of CORE-SEXERCISES and INTERVAL-SEXERCISES.
