1. The delivery of S6-PRIAPOS by a forwarding company

The total weight of S6-PRIAPOS and its crate is about 360 kg (795 lb.). Once you purchased the machine, you have to be prepared for its reception from the forwarding company. The car that delivers the machine has to be equipped with an elevator to unload the equipment in front of your house. Check out the picture presenting the S6 PRIAPOS box.

2. The unpacking of the crate with S6 PRIAPOS

Step I

Once the machine is unloaded from the car, you are ready to unpack the box and move the equipment to the destined place, where you will continue the assembly process. Due to the weight of the machines elements, the parts should be unpacked and moved by 2 people.

Step II

The first thing in the unpacking process is to remove the box. It should be done carefully, so that no parts will get damaged, especially the upholstery.

Step III

When the box is removed, it is time to remove all the training accessories from the crate. The accessories can be moved to the machine’s destined place right away.

Step IV

The accessories should be unpacked from the protective foil. One of the packages contains keys and machine’s mounting hardware.

Step V

The next step is to unfasten and take off the big metal cover from the machine’s body. It should be done with care so that the sticker on the cover will not be damaged.

Step VI

Now it is time to remove 2 guides from the rack. They should be unfastened by hand from the top part of the machine’s body and taken off the rubber sockets in the machine’s bottom part.

Step VII

Once the guides are removed, the next step is to disconnect 2 steel lines from the machine.

Step VIII

•Now you can cut the tape that holds the weights in the base of the rack.

Step IX

Once the tape is cut, you can remove the weights (80 kg / 177 lb.) from the base. This step should be conducted by 2 people. The weights can be moved to the machine’s destined place right away.

Step X

With the use of a screwdriver, unfasten the metal tape that holds the machine’s leg on the base of the crate.

Step XI

Remove the machine’s body from the base of the crate. This step should be done by 2 perons. Move the machine’s body to the destined place to continue the installation.

3. The setup assembly of the S6 PRIAPOS in its destined place

Step XII

The training room for S6 PRIAPOS should have the following dimensions:
- minimum length of the room 250 cm
- minimum width of the room 150 cm
- minimum width of the room 210 cm

Furthermore, the machine’s body should be placed in a way:
- so that its rear legs will lay at least 12 cm from the wall,
- so that the minimum distance between the left side of the machine’s body and the wall is 50 cm.

It is important that the floor of the S6-PRIAPOS room is leveled.

Step XIII

The next step is to mount the cable pulleys on both left and right sides of the machine’s body (labeled with connection symbol as "1" and "2").

Step XIV

Once the cable pulleys are mounted, the cable line from the left pulley should be routed under the machine’s body to the right pulley. It is recommended to perform this step by 2 persons – one person to tilt the machine to the back and the other one to route the cable line.

Step XV

The next step is to put the weights on the base of the machine’s body (in the exact same place where it was before). The weights are labeled with a mark saying "FRONT". The weights should be placed on the base so that the "FRONT" sign will be visible from the front of the machine. It is very important for the proper machine’s functionality!

Step XVI

Once the weights are located, it is time to mount the guides (one of their sides should be placed in the rubber socket at the bottom part of the machine’s body and the other side should be fastened in the upper part – the place they were before you unpacked the machine).

Step XVII

Now, the 2 steel lines (one of their ends is mounted in the axis of lever’s rotation) have to be mounted to the handles located at the top part of the training weights. During exercises, these lines will be moving the weight rack upwards. Once the lines are installed in the grips, it is necessary to check if they are guided in the grooves of the pulley wheels. It is very important!

Step XVIII

The next step is to adjust the slider on the weight lever in a distance of about 20 cm from the axis of the lever’s rotation. Lock the slider with the knob. Rotate the lever in the left or right direction and check if the weight rack is moving. By this operation, the lines became strained. Check again the routing of the lines if they are seated in the grooves of the pulley wheels.

This step requires two persons. One person should lift the weight rack by moving the lever, whereas the second person has to unfasten 2 screws at the back that are holding the weight rack in its base during the transport. Once the screws are removed, the base of the weight rack should be taken off.

After the base of the rack is removed, the weight can be put down. The rack should not touch the base of the machine – it should hang about 6 cm above the machine’s base.

Step IXX

The weight rack comes leveled from the factory, but once it is hanged on the lines with its base removed, it should be checked. The weights have to be parallel to the machine’s base.

Move the lever to check if the weight rack travels fluently and without friction on its guides.

The last stage of the assembly process is to mount the metal cover to the machine’s body.
